By accessing or using pmexa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use our service.

Service Description

pmexa provides AI-powered product management tools including:

• Document analysis
• Product specification generation
• Task breakdown
• Social media insights

Account Registration

To use pmexa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Not share your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription & Billing

Plans

• Free: 10 credits/month, limited features
• Solo: $49/month, 500 credits
• Team: $99/user/month, 1000 credits/user

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance
• Additional credits can be purchased separately
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change prices with 30 days notice

Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months

Credits

• Credits are used to access AI features
• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle
• Purchased credits never expire
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Scrape or automate access
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Use for harmful or unethical purposes

Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload
• You grant us license to process content for service delivery
• You represent you have rights to upload content

Our Service

• pmexa owns all rights to the service, design, and code
• Our trademarks and branding are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service

AI-Generated Content

• AI outputs are provided "as-is"
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs
• AI suggestions are not professional advice

Data & Privacy

Your use of pmexa is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced
• We are not liable for service interruptions
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• pmexa is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify pmexa from claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your content or uploaded materials

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay fees

You may terminate by canceling your subscription.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Courts of England and Wales (if mediation fails)

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
